Born in Atlanta, Georgia. Moved to Australia for 3 1/2 years. Lived in Mission Viejo, Foothill Ranch, Costa Mesa
School Career
First I went to O'Neill Elementary School, then to La Paz Intermediate, followed by 4 years at Mission Viejo High School. After receiving my High School diploma I went to Saddleback Junior College(where I earned my Associates Degree) which allowed me to get into San Diego State(where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology). From San Diego State I went to Cal State Fullerton(where I earned my Single Subject Teaching Credential in Physical Education). I am currently working on my Master's degree in Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences.
Teaching Experience
I have been teaching for 10 years. 2 years at Mission Viejo Christian School and 8 years at Sierra Vista Middle School.
Coaching Experience
2 years as head coach of the Mission Viejo Christian School Flag Football Team and Basketball Team. Head coach of the Mission Bay High School(San Diego)frosh/soph Baseball Team, and lastly assistant coach of the Northwood frosh/soph Baseball Team.
Sports I Played in High School/College
In High School I played 4 years of Baseball(1st team all league in 1992), 2 years of Basketball, 1 year of Football. At Saddleback Junior College I played 2 years of Baseball(pitcher and centerfield).
Hobbies
nutrition and lifestyle coaching called "Dunamis" Fitness-Holistic Nutrition and Exercise, surfing, bike riding, reading, surfing, reading the Bible, swimming, tennis, eating healthy, surfing, resting, functional training, watching baseball tonight on ESPN, surfing, watching sportscenter, and surfing.
